	2021 Leadership Day - Stay Focused “Stay Focused” Over the past year, the state-of-emergency has altered our work and personal schedules. For many Building Officials, staying focused has been a real challenge. Municipal employees are classed as essential workers, but many are working from home. While technology helped us adapt, it’s not the same as a face-to-face encounters with our colleagues. How do we keep everyone engaged and feel like they are part of the team?
