2021 Leadership Day - Stay Focused

“Stay Focused”

Over the past year, the state-of-emergency has altered our work and personal schedules. For many Building Officials, staying focused has been a real challenge. Municipal employees are classed as essential workers, but many are working from home. While technology helped us adapt, it’s not the same as a face-to-face encounters with our colleagues. How do we keep everyone engaged and feel like they are part of the team? This year, our theme is about staying focused during this time.
