Victoria Lachapelle

Director | Region A

Victoria Lachapelle is a Plans Examiner with the City of Greater Sudbury, with over 15 years of experience in the building and construction field. She holds an Architectural Construction Engineering diploma from Conestoga College and maintains BCIN and CBCO designations, with experience in both Part 9 and Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code.


Victoria joined the OBOA Board of Directors in 2025 as Director of Region A. She serves as Co-Chair of the Chapter Liaison Committee, leads Student Engagement initiatives, and is a member of the Certification and Maintenance Committee. She is committed to supporting education, engagement, and professional development within the Building Officials community.
