Jesse Ouellette

Jesse Ouellette is a building regulatory leader with more than a decade of experience in building code administration with the City of Mississauga. His career spans both the public and private sectors, including prior experience as a building and fire code consultant.

Jesse serves as Board Director for the GTA Region of the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA) and as Chair of the National Model Codes Committee (NMCC) on Harmonization. Through these leadership roles, he is dedicated to the advancement of the building official profession, promoting regulatory consistency, and supporting building safety, innovation, and excellence in public service delivery.
