Frank Spagnolo
After 38 years of service as a Building Official, Frank Spagnolo, P.Eng., CBCO, retired on April 30, 2015.

Arlene Gregoire
Arlene Gregoire retires from the City of Ottawa

Ms. Gregoire's thirty year career in municipal government began with policy and by-law development and progressed to management positions in the former City of Ottawa. She was appointed as Director and Chief Building Official soon after amalgamation in 2001.

Heather Rutherford
Heather Rutherford, CBO for the Township of Essa officially has retired, and OBOA celebrated her retirement at the April 11 2015 Chapter Chairs Meeting. Heather retired as CBO for Essa for almost 9 years, and coordinated a fine emergency plan after the Angus tornado devastated a small Town and impacted 101 homes in June 2014.

Terry Willing
Terry Willing has officially retired as Kingston CBO after 33 years of public service.
Terry was orginally hired to work in the Engineering Department and after 3 short years moved to Building where he remained until retirement!

It is official, as of April 30, 2015, Jim Witmer, CBCO and former City of Kitchener CBO retires. The building division staff hosted a celebration for Jim and his family.
