Tim is honoured to have been appointed by OBOA members as a Director-At-Large on the OBOA Board of Directors.
Tim has been a Building Official since 2001, serving eighteen years with his current employer, the City of Kitchener. During his career he has experienced various roles within municipal building departments, advancing to his current role as Manager of Building since 2011. Tim also has international experience working for Auckland Council in New Zealand from 2017 to 2018.
In 2007, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing certified Tim to facilitate Building Code Courses. Over the past 17 years, Tim has been teaching and has had the pleasure to share his experiences and knowledge with building officials from across the province while taking the opportunity to learn from those around him.
Tim looks forward to helping ensure a more sustainable and accessible Ontario.
